Rhythm Kidz Directors

Casie & Tanner Giffin have been part of the New Anthem family since the beginning. After receiving a postcard in the mail to check out a new church plant, they showed up for the first service and never left. “At that time in our life we were newly married and looking for a small church to really find community and people looking to serve God wholeheartedly.”

After volunteering in several roles including: Creative Team, Tech Team, Kids Ministry, and a college-aged small group - Casie & Tanner are excited about the opportunity to continue serving New Anthem as the Directors of Rhythm Kids. “We both have a passion for helping children discover what it means to put their faith in Jesus, striving to live that out daily, and how exciting and worthwhile that journey is”.

After meeting in the high school cafeteria (where true love happens) both Casie & Tanner are graduates of Tabor College. Casie with a degree in Educational Studies and Tanner in Business Administration. Along with raising their 2 year old daughter, Rudy, Casie is a stay at home mom and enjoys all the many joys and challenges that presents, while Tanner, a licensed Realtor, enjoys listening to audiobooks and dreaming about the day he’ll finally own a wakeboard boat.

“We could not be more excited to begin serving in this capacity; not only the children of the church, but also the parents who have an opportunity to be engaged in the service and be equipped to disciple their children with the love of God at home.”
